Resources to help you learn more about EVs and EV charging.

Our EV experts have compiled a collection of trusted resources to help you make a confident and informed decision about whether or not an EV is right for you.

Questions about EV charging?

Download a copy of our free guide Know EVerything or visit the U.S. Department of Energy’s charging information page to learn more about installing EV charging equipment at your home.

Find a charger.

Thanks to the Fast Charge Network, DC fast chargers can be found throughout our seven-state region. This interactive map from the U.S. The Department of Energy helps drivers find chargers throughout the region — and the entire country. You can filter by charger types, connectors, and even map a route for your next cross-country road trip. You can also visit the EnergyRight Marketplace to compare chargers.

Is an EV right for you?

Not sure which EV fits your lifestyle, budget and transportation needs? Take the CarMax “Am I ready for an EV quiz” for recommendations of makes and models that may be right for you and your family.

Thinking about making the switch?

If you’re ready to take the next step, and you’re looking for an easy-to-use tool to compare different EV models, or to compare an EV next to an internal combustion engine model, you can use the U.S. News and World Report’s online tool.

Ready to roll in an EV?

Be sure to check for current local, state and federal government rebates, as well as dealership bonus offers on EVs. Edmunds offers a tool that allows you to search offers by zip code.
