Introducing our NEW Fast Track Compressed Air Incentives.

Sealing leaks and unlocking savings.

Optimizing compressed air systems can cut energy use, lower operating costs and boost efficiency. With TVA EnergyRight’s® Fast Track Compressed Air incentives, you can earn $300 per unit for no loss condensate drains, $75 per unit for engineered air nozzles, $8 per HP for low pressure drop filters and $4 per CFM per shift for cycling refrigerated dryers. No pre-approval required.

New incentives. Big impact.

Compressed air is often called the “fourth utility” in industrial settings, because it can be one of the most expensive and inefficient forms of energy. That’s why reducing waste and optimizing compressed air systems can lead to major cost savings and performance gains.

Why saving on compressed air matters.

The new Fast Track Compressed Air incentives can help you:

  • Cut energy waste.
  • Improve equipment lifespan.
  • Boost operational efficiency.
  • Support sustainability goals.
  • Lower maintenance needs.

Why it pays to optimize.

  • No Loss Condensate Drains $300/unit
Eligible for replacing timed or manually operated drains on compressed air systems rated at 50 HP or greater. Systems must exclude backup, redundant, or out of service compressors.

  • Low Pressure Drop Filters $8/HP/unit
Eligible for replacing standard coalescing filters with low pressure drop models on active compressed air systems. Incentive is based on the system’s rated HP, excluding backup or inactive units.

  • Engineered Air Nozzles $75/unit
Incentive applies to the replacement of standard air nozzles and open air guns. Engineered nozzles must meet SCFM ratings at 80 psig based on diameter (e.g., 1/8″ ≤ 11 SCFM, 1/4″ ≤ 29 SCFM, 5/16″ ≤ 56 SCFM, 1/2″ ≤ 140 SCFM).

  • Cycling Refrigerated Dryers $4/CFM/shift
Applies to the replacement of non cycled refrigerated dryers with cycling models. Desiccant, deliquescent, membrane or retrofitted dryers do not qualify. Units should be rated at <0.60 kW/100 CFM. Incentives scale by shift: $4/CFM for 1 shift, $8/CFM for 2 shifts and $12/CFM for 3 shifts.
