There are two ways to access commissioning incentives:
Retro-commissioning and Monitoring-based commissioning.

Retro-commissioning

This incentive provides quick energy savings in under a year. Businesses use an audit to identify inefficiencies and then implement O&M best practices to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.

Monitoring-based commissioning

This incentive captures multi-year, iterative savings for businesses committed to tracking energy usage in building systems for at least 12 months. This option helps maximize performance and provides incentives based on annual kWh energy savings from optimization efforts.
