To meet tenant needs and cut operating costs, Ironhorn Enterprises upgraded a warehouse in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, replacing outdated lighting with 300-watt LED high bays. With a $28,205 TVA incentive, the project delivers 317,638 kWh in energy savings each year, reducing costs by more than $30,000 while improving the facility’s efficiency and appeal.
