No pre-approval required, and covered parking garages and major renovations with a COMcheck are included. Earn $0.10/kWh on installed building-wide Lighting Power Density for improvements above 2009 IECC new construction codes.

Network lighting controls are also eligible and could increase energy savings and incentives.

The New Construction Incentive rewards lighting upgrades that exceed minimum code and support long-term building value. Eligible projects include new construction, expansions, covered parking garages and major renovations with ComCheck.
