  • Incentive amount: $200 per controlled unit

  • Pre-approval: Required

  • What’s eligible: GREM controls on PTACs, PTHPs and fan coil units (FCUs), triggered by occupancy sensors or key cards

  • Incentive cap: 70% of material cost
