Fast Track Lighting is built for quick LED upgrades with minimal paperwork, making it a smart fit for fast wins across facilities and businesses of any size. It covers common replacements like Type A, B and C LED tubes, qualified LED replacements and LED panel fixtures (new or retrofit).
Best of all, no pre-approval is required. Just submit your application within six months of the installation or invoice date.

At Lipscomb University, upgrading arena lighting improved performance and student safety while lowering costs. Thanks to support from a TVA EnergyRight Fast Track Lighting incentive, the university reduced project costs by $1,600 with a payback period of just under six months. The LED upgrade reduced annual energy use by 34,017 kWh, while delivering more than $4,300 in annual cost savings and over $41,300 in projected savings over 10 years.
Memphis University School
At Memphis University School, a campus-wide lighting upgrade improved visibility and reduced operating costs. With $6,100 in TVA EnergyRight incentives, the school now saves nearly 130,000 kWh and more than $16,500 annually. The project delivers long-term efficiency gains and is projected to generate over $165,000 in savings over 10 years.
