CoolSprings Galleria
CoolSprings Galleria Mall in Franklin, Tennessee, upgraded its aging chiller and cooling towers with help from TVA EnergyRight, Middle Tennessee Electric, and Lee Company—unlocking $378,277 in incentives. The project is saving the mall 3.78 million kWh annually while improving comfort across its 700,000-square-foot retail space.
Houchens Headquarters
Houchens Industries upgraded over 1,300 outdated light fixtures at their Bowling Green, Kentucky, headquarters with energy-efficient LEDs, earning $22,203 in incentives. The project is expected to save 278,079 kWh annually and over $20,000 in energy costs, while providing brighter, more efficient lighting for their 30,000-square-foot office space.
