Methodist University Hospital
Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, improved energy performance with a commissioning incentive for a building automation system upgrade. With support from TVA EnergyRight and $19,118 in incentives, the hospital now saves over 382,000 kWh and $48,700 annually. The project also boosted its ENERGY STAR score and is projected to deliver more than $487,500 in savings over 10 years, supporting ongoing facility improvements.
Roane County High School
At Roane County High School, upgrading football field lighting did more than improve visibility — it delivered measurable savings. With $12,934 in TVA EnergyRight incentives, the school now saves over $41,000 annually and reduces energy use by more than 323,000 kWh, with projected savings topping $320,000 over 10 years.
